Accenture offers a wide variety of careers for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Accenture hires fresh engineering graduates through campus placements as per the different college placement seasons and experienced professionals are hired as laterals throughout the year on need basis. Selection process for hiring recent graduates through campus or off-campus placements is simple. The minimum eligibility criterion is 60% across all the states of India, except Maharashtra, which is 55%. Also there should not be any backlogs in any semester. First, an aptitude test is conducted to assess the quantitative, logical reasoning, and English verbal skills of the applicants. The short-listed candidates from the aptitude test are scheduled for a technical and HR interview, conducted directly by experienced project managers and business leaders of the company. Those who are a good fit with Accenture will then be notified.

Experienced professionals can apply either directly by submitting resume on online portal and employee referral program or through Accenture’s preferred placement agencies.
