The University of Phoenix, also known as the UOPX, is an American institution for higher learning. The university is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and is wholly owned by the Apollo Group Inc. The UOPX is distributed all over the world with 112 campuses worldwide. There are over hundred degree programmes with the degrees at the associate, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels.

There are seven colleges and two schools through which the University of Phoenix offers degree programmes to students. They are

Admissions Process and Accredition of University of Phoenix
The UOPX advocates an ‘open admissions’ policy. There is a three week orientation programme which is mandatory for the students to attend in order to be eligible for admissions. All those students who are unable to get through the programme even after two attempts must wait for six months before attempting again.

Withdrawing or transferring from one course to another will result in a $15 fee.
– Lab Fee
